You'll need these things:
- Dash of orange curacao (not the blue stuff, that'll look stupid)
- 25ml orange juice
- Champagne
Pour the orange juice into a champagne flute, then add the curacao. Then top up with champagne. See? Just as yummy as a bellini, but a much prettier colour.
