Bollocks to Baking: Sweet Things brownies

Somewhere, hidden deep in our subconscious is a sort of ultimate prototype of every type of food we've ever eaten. So in my case, for 'eggs' it would be the amazing soft and runny duck egg I had at my favourite veggie restaurant; for 'cheese' it would be a particularly ripe brie I once had in a certain part of France. We crave these things again and again, but know that nothing will ever be quite the same...

And as it turns out, I now have an 'ultimate prototype' for Brownies: it's these fabulous nuggests of goodness from Sweet Things.
