I'm lucky enough to live bus-ride distance from some lovely fooderies. La Fromagerie (awesome cheese), Paul A Young's (awesome chocolates) and Ottolenghi (awesome pastries) are all resident in my little corner of North London. Unfortunately visiting these shops in one stretch would be a mission of immeasurable proportions - or at least several different buses. And that doesn't really make sense when I live next door to a supermarket.
But that's where Hubbub Deliveries comes in. Go to their website, shop the best independent local shops online and Hubbub will deliver the order to you. You get amazing food without leaving the house and the fuzzy feeling that comes with supporting local businesses. And if you're anything like me, unbridled joy that the best cheese in the universe can be brought to your door.
Hubbub only deliver to parts of North London at the minute, but they hope to extend that - drop them an email and they'll let you know when delivery is up and running in your area.
