I'm just started to remember how yummy rum is. I'm putting it in just about everything at the moment. And I honestly don't think you can have too many rum cocktail recipes (we've got many more hidden up our sleeves as well). But here's a recipe for the understated Cuba Libre. If it wasn't for the pesky mojito showing up on every cocktail menu, people might drink more of those.
You'll need these things:- 50ml rum
- 25ml lime juice
- Cola
- Ice cubes
You'll need to do these things:Pour the rum and live juice over the ice. Top up with cola. Garnish with a wedge of lime. Make many, for all of your friends and have yourself a bit of a party.
