Bollocks to baking: Molly's Little Bakery

I get excited when I discover a new bakery. Really excited. So when an email about Molly's Little Bakery popped into our inbox, I couldn't wait to write about them. The Domestic Sluts have heard really excellent things about them - they don't scrimp on sprinkles (very important) and the icing is apparently not too sweet. Too sweet frosting is the one thing that ruins a cupcake for me. If it feels like I'm going to have a sugar crash after the second bite, I'm not impressed.

They're based in Swanley and they're reasonably priced too. £1 for a mini fairy cake, and £1.20 for a muffin. If you want something specific and fancy swirled on the top of your cakes, let them know and they'll whip something up for £1.50 a cake - that's a bargain for bespoke decoration.

There's a minimum order of six cakes so this is great if you just want to treat yourself or a friend. And! If you're the first person to quote Domestic Sluttery when your ordering 12 cupcakes, you'll get 6 free. Hurrah! Free cake! Maybe a sugar crash from eating too many cakes isn't such a bad thing after all.
