Bed linen Fit For A Lady From The V&A
At some point (usually half way through watching 'Pride & Prejudice' for the millionth time on a rainy Sunday), who hasn't dreamt of being the lady of a manor like Chatsworth?
Those lovely people at the V&A certainly have otherwise they wouldn't have reproduced fabric patterns from the 18th and 19th centuries to make some rather pretty bed linen. My favourites are the Country Meadow and the Alice (pictured) patterns.
Prices start at around £19 for a cushion and go up to around £80 for a duvet cover set - although it does depend on the pattern and the size.
Available from Wallace Sacks, with all royalties going to the V&A.
