Win! An Evening of Corsetry, Chocolate & Wine at Bordello Boutique

Now that the clocks have gone back and it’s dark and dismal outside, the excitements of fireworks and Halloween fancy dress are over but we’ve been banned from mentioning the C-word for at least another fortnight (the one associated with reindeers and jingle bells, not the four-letter vulgar swearword), we thought you lovely readers needed a bit of spoiling to ward off the dreaded winter blues.

So, you lucky so-and-sos, we’ve wangled you the chance to attend an exclusive and intimate event at the beauteous Bordello boutique, in London’s Shoreditch. For the uninitiated, Bordello sells saucy yet sophisticated undercrackers, hosiery and a whole host of fancy burlesque accessories from seamed stockings to sequinned scanties, from both raunchy and couture designers including corsetry superstar Lee Klabin and The Modern Courtesan. There’s also vintage boudoir-style furniture and homewares, and erotic literature catering to every taste.

Organised by those experts of all things London over at Qype, this decadent and ever-so stylish event will be taking place next week, on Thursday 19th November. Two lucky winning ladies, accompanied by a friend each, will be able to indulge in a glass of wine and feast on chocolate from Feeding Your Imagination, whilst perusing Bordello’s wares. They’ll also be in with a chance to win a free corset-fitting consultation worth £75 from celebrity corsetiere Kunza, from Corsetorium.

If you’d like to attend, and can get to Bordello on the evening of the 19th, all you need to do is email us and tell us the answer to this question:

Which recent film has one of Lee Klabin’s corsets appeared in?

Good luck! If you win, we’ll probably get a tad merry and swap our boudoir-based secrets with you. But don’t let that put you off.

The small print: This competition will close at 6.30pm Tuesday 17th November. That gives you an entire week to get your entries in, so you’ve really no excuse not to. We’re not allowed to enter our own competitions, although we often wish we could. You must of course be able to get yourself down to Bordello on Thursday 19th November. We spoil you rotten, but we’re not chauffeuring you about or paying your train fare. Sorry to all our lovely readers based outside of London, but we’ll have lots of other competitions for you really soon.
