Wallpaper Wednesday: 1950's collection from Sanderson

With my enduring love of the fifties, it should come as no surprise that I am somewhat smitten by the 50's Wallpaper collection from Sanderson. This new collection features some iconic designs from the Sanderson archive as well as some new designs from contemporary artists who have taken their inspiration from the era.

Miro is a design developed from an original Sanderson textile print from the 1950's. It is available in seven vivid colourways and costs £32 per roll

Mobiles is another original 1950's design which is now available in five brand new colourways. It costs £36 per roll.

Wrappings is a contemporary design that was originally created by wrapping hand dyed yarn around card. It is available in five quintessentially 50's colourways and costs £32 per roll.

The 50's Wallpaper collection is available to buy online at John Lewis or find your nearest stockist on the Sanderson website

  1. Oh gosh, it's all very gorgeous isn't it?

Also, I want that lamp in the last picture LIKE MAD.

  2. Looks a bit like a Kaiser Idell, eternally on my wishlist. They have it at thelollipopshoppe - a bargain at £601 *cries*

  3. Want it all badly! Goodness, if one day I'm lucky enough to own my house I don't know how I'll be able to decide what to put on its walls...

  4. I love the lamp too! I would also quite like the typewriter too

  5. Some excellent styling from Sanderson!

  6. Crikey - great minds think alike =
    Love it too

  7. I knew this lamp looked familiar- I walk past John Lewis on Oxford Street every day and they have it in the window, along with the Sanderson wallpaper. Checked who it was by last night- it's by BTC London and is £350 *sigh*
