Win! National Chocolate Week: Gourmet Chocolate Pizza

*Drumroll* The winner is!!!! RadioKate! Yay!

Here's what she'd put on her pizza:

Yum. It would have to involve praline somewhere along the way.. perhaps some hazelnuts or walnuts too.

Or perhaps 'four seasons' - 4 different quarters of mint and dark chocolate, orange and cherries, nuts and chocolate and finally coated gingerbread pieces.

Nom nom nom! :)

Kate, just email us and tell us where to send your yummy chocolate pizza! Thanks for entering everyone! You can all enter the competition tomorrow... there's free chocolate every day this week!

*Update*
That's it! No more entries! We'll announce a winner soon!

You guys loved our cupcake week competitions so much, we've decided to go all out for National Chocolate Week! Yay! Our daily competitions are back! We're going to be talking about all things chocolatey for the whole week, but first up is our competition with the Gourmet Chocolate Pizza Company! Yay!

They've got one great big 10" chocolate pizza to send to one lucky winner. The Crunch Munchy pizza has Belgian milk chocolate, vanilla fudge pieces, chunks of chocolate brownie cookie and it's finished with white chocolate curls. Yum! Can we keep it please? We liked the one we tried a little while ago.

So what do you have to do to win? Just leave us a comment telling us if you could make any kind of chocolate pizza, what would you add to it? We'll pop all of the entries into a hat and one lucky winner will have a lovely chocolate pizza winging its way to them. Twitter fan? You'll get an extra entry for retweeting as well. Only once though, don't spam your friends.

You've got until 4.30 pm to get your entry to us and then we'll announce the winner. Good luck!

The small print: Pizzas only posted to UK addresses. Competitions closes on 12th October a 4.30pm. If you don't win then make sure you enter the rest of the competitions we'll have running throughout the week. We're not allowed to enter our own competitions, but if we did we'd want white chocolate jazzies on our pizza. They're our favourites.

  4. I so want a chocolate pizza....

    Milk chocolate chunks
    Peanut M&Ms
    bits of chocolate brownie
    Pecans

  5. Oh my, that has to be one of the most beautiful things I've seen! I would add choc brownie pieces, marshmallows and caramel chocolate drops. Yummy!

    ReplyDelete
  6. mmm that looks so good

I would try a dark chocolate base with chocolate gingers, chocolate with crystalised orange, some truffles for good measure and white chocolate curls.

    ReplyDelete
  7. EEEK! I will try to contain myself while imagining eating the chocolate pizza...

Aswell as the white, dark & milk chocolate, Id like to add some extra chocolate buttons for decoration (both white & milk) along with some chopped macadamia nuts.

It would taste awesome & look great 0:)

We dont want it to be too sickly now do we ;)

  9. What a great idea! Mine would have a milk chocolate base and be topped with dark chocolate chunks, gooey apricot pieces, cherries, fudge and marshmallows. Yumm!

    ReplyDelete
  10. I would make a christmas special, using all the christmas treats my family has at chrissie time:

-chocolate spiders (fried noodles mixed with peanut butter and milk chocolate
-rumballs (more rum than ball, mums special recipe)
    -chocolate coated sultanas
    -bits of christmas cake

    yum, bring on christmas!

  11. Ooh, I'd do one of those pizzas with different toppings on different sections.

One third would be sophisticated, with dark chocolate and raspberries.

One third would have milk chocolate, peanut butter and biscuit.

And the final (best) third would have lovely, melted pink and white marshmallows with milk chocolate and gooey caramel drizzled on top.

Yum. All those flavours would mean you wouldn't get bored... or sickly!

    ReplyDelete
  12. :-O A Crunchy Munchy Pizza??? surely that should be mine ladies!!! ;-)

If I could have any pizza, I'd start with a white choc base, and top it with dried strawberries, small pieces of the crispy glass-like treacle toffee (not the soft stuff most places sell) and crushed pecans!

    ReplyDelete
  13. I see everyone has gone quite sophisticated with their options so I'm going to lower the tone.....

    Maltesers
    More Maltesers
    Even more Maltesers
    Topped with crumbled Cadburys Flakes

'Cuse me while I go drool over all this chocolate :)

    ReplyDelete
  14. I would add honeycomb pieces... nom nom nom. And I would have a pot of caramel on standby - when I eat pizza, I always dip the crust in barbecue sauce. I could dip choccy pizza "crusts" in caramel! Yummy yum.

    *dreams of chocolate*

    ReplyDelete
  15. maltesers, daim bar pieces and topped with caramel sauce.... when it got here, i'd serve it with vanilla ice cream :D

    ReplyDelete
  16. Ooh, now Chocolate pizza isn't an idea I have come across before!

I would have to go minty, with decadent mint poppets, piles of dark chocolate shavings, a sprinkling of white choclate snow and a few real mint leaves thrown on for good luck.

    Yum!

    ReplyDelete
  17. OmNomNom... Bailey's fudge and chocolate covered coffee beans for me!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Oooh yummy,

    I would have:

Chocolate base (marbled milk and dark choc)
    Dulche de leche sauce
Peanut butter filled chocolate coated pretzels
    Mini peanut butter lindt balls

I think I'm going to have to go and have a lie down just thinking about that combo! :)

    ReplyDelete
  19. Pieces of cinder toffee, clotted cream fudge and crumbled up flake...mmmmmm

    ReplyDelete
  20. Yum chocolate pizza, think I would had little marshmallows to add a bit of colour

    ReplyDelete
  21. In my fridge at the moment I have a tarragon ganache I made a while ago that I've never got around to dipping and making into chocolate - I think it would be ace on a chocolate pizza, with some lemon white chocolate truffle pieces and on a really dark chocolate base. Ace.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I would have a dark chocolate base, with fudge sauce. Topping would be Reeses Pieces, Milky Buttons and small chunks of strawberries!

    ReplyDelete
  23. The grown up part of me would like Green and Black's Maya Gold and various chocolate coated nuts and fruit but the child within is squealing for Cadbury's Creme Egg, marshmallows and chocolate buttons!

    ReplyDelete
  24. It's really, really wrong but a battered MarsBar is delicious so I'd pop one of those on the top. I mean, pizza is unhealthy as it is so why try and make it something that it's not?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Chocolate digestive base with a chocolate cheesecake 'sauce' sprinkled with dark, milk and white chocolate flakes. Add chunks of Reeses peanut butter cups, chocolate buttons and plain M&Ms for colour with a side of Green and Black's (any). Nom!

    ReplyDelete
  26. Broken up Ferrero Rocher, roasted hazel nuts & chocolate orange curls. Delicious.....

    ReplyDelete
  27. Broken up Ferrero Rocher, roasted hazel nuts & chocolate orange curls. Delicious.....

    ReplyDelete
  28. Righty-O! Choco pizza of choice would be: chopped up Double Decker - that marshmallowy bit would be my mozzarella substitute; diced Picnic bar - got to have a bit of fruit & crunch in there; and a sprinkling of Reisen chews & flaked Flake.

    ReplyDelete
  29. So wanting chocolate after reading all of the above and seeing that gorgeous pizza!
I would add mini marshmallows, chocolate covered popping candy, cookie dough and then some edible pink glitter strands fun fun fun and most of all totally yum!!

    ReplyDelete
  30. I would have a non-bitter dark chocolate base, vanilla cream for mozzarella, and then chilli chocolate bits and pecans as toppings, for the crunch.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Mmmmmm - that looks delicious!!
i'd have to add fudge and minstrels with a sprinkling of flake - for a soft and crunchy treat with a smooth overlay! **drooling** xx

    ReplyDelete
  32. OMG that looks fab. If I had a chocolate pizza I would have it just how I wanted it as when we have normal pizza I always have to compromise somewhere along the way. I mean my other half doesn't even have cheese on his, what sort of a person does that????????

Anyway, I would have chocolate coated honeycomb pieces, M&M's, caramel, biscuit-y bits, raisins - ooh no - white chocolate raisins, why not?

Now I have a chocolate craving and I haven't got any. A rich tea will have to do!

    ReplyDelete
  33. That looks amazing! My chocolate pizza creation would have peanut M&Ms, Caramel, Chocolate cookie chunks and chocolate shavings - the curly ones..mmmmm

    ReplyDelete
  34. A pizza isn't a pizza without olives, so I guess I'd add a martini on the side.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Only my mouth!!!!!!!!!

Seriously I would add whipped cream and strawberries.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Oh goodness, this is hard. Pecans, strawberries, cherry syrup and whipped cream then sprinkled with reices peices and hot fudge.

    ReplyDelete
  37. If we assume it's a milk chocolate pizza base... I'd add raspberries, white chocolate & toffee flakes :D

    ReplyDelete
  38. So i'd have to have loads of fudge, marshmallows and strawberries to top, with crunchy biscuity base.

And what's more, i'd not share it either :0)

    ReplyDelete
  39. This is crying out for a 'Vintage' theme!!

    So,

Vice Versa (remember these? like white/milk chocolate minstrels?

    Chunks of Cadbury Top Deck

Broken bits from a Cadbury Wildlife Bar

And.... maybe a little dipping pot of hot chocolate sauce (aka - the retro beast that is a 'Choc-Dip' on the side!

    ReplyDelete
  40. I'd put dried sour cherries, scottish tablet chunks, stem ginger and pink peppercorns. Flavour explosions. popping candy too?

    ReplyDelete
  41. I think I'd go for a trompe-l'oeil and make a sweet pizza that looks like a savoury one. So, pale-ish chocolate base (or peanut butter) that would be the same colour as crust, whipped cream instead of mozzerella, red fruits for tomatoes, chocolate buttons for pepperoni, etc etc. With a few marzipan "veggies" on top!

Yum yum yum-- please pick me!

    ReplyDelete
  42. I would top my chocolate pizza with grated milk & white chocolate, marshmallow, yoghurt covered raisins, a generous swirl of vanilla toffee and a final sprinkling of crunchy praline.

    ReplyDelete
  43. mmmmm! The chocolate pizza looks So Amazing! I'd have a chocolate truffle base with white chocolate, and milk chocolate sprinkles, flakes and wispa mint, as well as some smarties and chunks of caramel chocolate!

    ReplyDelete
  44. A 'stuffed crust' which would be coconut covered mallow (think Tyunnocks Snowballs, thin biscuit based, chocolate truffle smeared on top with broken choclate orange slices and malteasers pressed in. NOM!

    ReplyDelete
  45. Macadamia nuts! And brownies! And Maltesers. Ooh, now I'm getting too hungry.

    Need... chocolate...

    ReplyDelete
  46. Chocolate pizza sounds the perfect solution for my Monday blues. Can I have a half and half toppings pizza? I'd have a milk chocolate base with figs, honey and hazelnuts on one side. On the other side vanilla fudge, praline and chocolate brownie bits.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Ooh, things that are Autmnal and warming - each on a different slice, cinammon, crystallised ginger, figs, and creme de marron, and one with the chocolate Cacao et Chocolat in Paris make their épicé hot chocolate with. With a sea salted caramel 'stuffed crust'. And a sparkler because it's almost bonfire night (ish).

    Yum.

    xx

  49. Mmmmm, can I have a grown-up side and a junk side? Grown-up side all dark chocolate, a bit of chilli and maybe some pieces of dark chocolate brownie. And then on the junk side, milk choc, Revels, and Smarties with a praline filled stuffed crust :-) Delish ...

    just off to RT @voiceovergirl

    xx

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  51. Gotta get some peanut butter cups/pieces going on. It's the most underrated of the chocolate combinations!!

    ReplyDelete
  52. OMG! Chocolate Pizza?! I want it! I would have brownie base, smothered with chocolate sauce, hazelnuts, blobs of chocolate ganache, & crystalised thin slices of strawberry reminiscent of pepperoni!

    ReplyDelete
  53. Mine would definitely be - Strawberries, Melted Caramel sauce, (and that's just on one side) and on the other site would be called the butternut side with a topping of Hazelnuts, Oreo Biscuit bits, terry's chocolate orange, oh and maybe even some "After Liqueur" drizzeld over too...

    ReplyDelete
  54. I'd add strawberries (to be healthy) and clotted cream (ok, not *QUITE* so healthy

    ReplyDelete

and finally Baileys chocolate to add that final alcoholic chocolatey flavour!

Who needs beer with their pizza, just add some alcohol on top. YUM!

  64. Jade Clancy @girlyougotstyle12 October 2009 at 16:24
