Amazing Dresses with Pockets

Pockets in dresses need to be more of a thing. I've been known to jump up and down in a changing room when I've discovered that a dress I already love has pockets. We get giddy over pockets. They simply make dresses better. Even when they're breast pockets, like this amazing Hobbs dress. They're a bugger to find, though. Not one online shop has a 'pocket' option. Someone really should work on that. In the meantime, here are some amazing dresses with pockets.

Oooh, that's a good print. This is a brilliant dress. We're off to a cracking start. This is £44.95 well spent at ASOS. Twenty-odd quid per pocket.

Actually, I don't think this pencil dress needs pockets at all. It's ruining the slinkiness. But, I love it anyway. And it's only £38 from ASOS.

Oooh, that skirt has got a good swish. This tweed dress with zippy pockets is £70 from Oasis. Odds are it'll be in the sale in a couple of weeks and then we'll be able to afford it.

Joy do love a good pocket. This embroidered dress is perfect for summer. I prefer a sleeve (but then we've already discussed amazing dresses with sleeves), but I love the trim. It's £60.
This boat dress is called Skippy! I think you would be, if you were wearing this (skipping is also more fun with pockets). It's also more fun with that gorgeous bag.

Look at the back! Those little buttons are the cutest. It's only £42.

Polka dots and pockets. That's an excellent combination. This Closet dress is £44.95. Closet are very good at pockets.

Let's end on some more nautical pockets (clearly, when you're on a boat, pockets will come in handy for carrying... sailing stuff). This anchor print dress is by Emily & Fin and it's £69.

Right, who else has got pockets in their dresses? Where are they from? What have you got hiding in them?

    1. You featured the Skippy skirt! I don't like skirts with pockets as much for some reason - maybe because I'm more of a dress person, but often I find the pockets don't sit where I'd like them to.
