I'm in love, it's official. No, not just with my husband, although he's pretty ok, but with this delicious chilli jam from sluttery fave Tracklements.
Tracklements know their onions when it comes to chillies, in fact they've been making chilli jam for ten years. To celebrate, they've released this limited edition heart shaped jar just in time for Valentine's Day.
Chilli jam is a very handy condiment to have around the place. It's great slathered on goat's cheese on toast or used as a dip. I tried it as a marinade for grilled prawns at my recent un-birthday party and it went down a treat. It's got just the right balance of heat and sweetness, without being overpowering.
The jam costs £5.05 for 350g and is available online from Tracklements or various delis around the country (go to Tracklements website to search for a stockist near you).
