Win! Shoes designed by YOU from Upper Street

On the seventh day of Christmas, Domestic Sluttery gave to me... an Upper Street voucher to design my own shoes!

This is a very exciting prize indeed. Upper Street got in touch recently to let us know that they're now offering ballet flats as part of their range. They're giving you the chance to win a design your own shoes experience! It's such a good prize that half of the team are thinking of turning in their Sluttery badges for the day, just so they can enter (decide for yourself whether Cocktail Nick might be one of them).

If you're the lucky winner, you'll get a gift voucher worth a huge OHMYGOSHNESSHOWMUCH £350. You'll also be invited to experience the design studio in Islington (if you're outside of London, don't worry, you don't have to take them up on this to design your shoes). It's a massive prize, so we want you to do something different to enter. Here's how you can win:
  • Have a play on the Upper Street website and design a fabulous pair of shoes (you don't have to stick to this design if you win but you can only design one pair).
  • Take a screenshot of your shoes (Screengrab and Picnik are very handy for this) and then share on our Facebook page, or upload to Twitter and use the hashtag #DomesticSlutteryChristmas so we can find them. You can also share them easily if you register with Upper Street - whatever works best for you. No need to do both, except for the fact that sharing shoes is really fun.
  • Team Domestic Sluttery are going to choose our favourite three pairs, and the final winner will be chosen by the lovely Lisa at Upper Street.
Get playing, design some pretty and show them off! You've got until midnight on Sunday to upload your shoes and then you might just see you designs crafted into your very own bespoke shoes. If you do come down to their Islington studio, we'll even come and meet you for a cocktail. Pretty exciting, huh?

Oh, and if you're wondering who won the competition yesterday? That would be one Kelstar! Who is going to wear her dress to... the gym. And why not indeed? Kelstar, just email us and tell us where to send your prize.

Good luck with shoe designing, everyone!

Oh yawn, small print (read it). The competition will close at Midnight on December 11th. You must be UK based to enter, sorry you lovely overseas readers. If you're anon your entry won't count and if you enter more than once, we'll discount all of your entries and tell you off. We're picking our top three faves but the final choice will be down to the very lovely Lisa at Upper Street and no discussion will be entered into. If you've won one competition this Christmas, let someone else have a bash and go and play with your toys! We're not allowed to enter our own competitions. Hear that, Sara and Elizabeth?

  3. Wow, that's an amazing prize! For someone who needs an inch raise on one side and normally a size EEE fitting this is actually kind of beyond my wildest dreams to be honest. I'll definitely have a go : )
