I absolutely believe that the first cuppa you have can set you up for the day. How was my tea this morning? Perfectly brewed and then as is often the way I got distracted (answering emails whilst dancing to Starship) and it went cold. Not impressed. Good tea can make your morning that bit better.
And so can a good teacup. You know you have a favourite. Even in the shared house that is Sluttery HQ, we've all got a favourite mug that we go for. There's always a little bit of a sinking feeling when the ones left after perfectly fine, but they're just not the one.

So you'll forgive me for telling you about Material Pleasures. They've designed some of the prettiest cups I've seen in their Velvet Crush collection, but they come at a price. That price is £55. Each.

They're bone China though. And just imagine how brilliant your morning could be with a cup of tea in one of these. It won't stop the letter from the HMRC arrive, but it'll make opening it a little more enjoyable.
These are *gorgeous*. Bit out of my price range though, sadly x
