Top Ten Seafood Recipes

Seafood has a bad reputation when it comes to cooking. Despite what Birdseye and that stupid polar bear will have you believe, it's really not difficult to cook. We've compiled our top ten seafood recipes and they're all simple, all tasty, and none of them involve frozen fish from a box. Unless you're making a fish finger sandwich with extra ketchup, there's really no need for that. Pop this link in your bookmarks and you'll have brilliant seafood dishes whenever you fancy.

Smoked Mackerel and Potato Dauphinoise. A take on a Nigel Slater classic. We love him. If we were allowed, we'd keep him in our kitchen all the time.

Prawn Wontons. These are so easy. Make them immediately.

Crayfish and Samphire Salad. You can still get samphire, and you definitely should. It's like a brilliant, salty asparagus.

Gambas Prawns. It's scientific fact that prawns taste best when they're gambassing. FACT.

Thai Green Curry with Prawns. This recipe gets used far too often in Sluttery HQ.

Lemon Mackerel. Yep, more mackerel. But we told you, it's really really easy to cook.

Posh Fish Finger Sandwich. Sara has gone all posh on us. We wouldn't normally approve, but this tastes nice.

Dirty Anchovy Pasta. Love or hate the hairy little fishies, they make for a tasty dish.

Corny Crab Salad. The only crabs we want, thank you very much.

Peanutty Prawns. You guys do love the satay.

Got a favourite Sluttery seafood recipe that didn't make the top ten? Tell us which one in the comments!
