Cocktail Hour: The Easter Bunny

It's almost time to commence the long weekend of gorging on Easter eggs, modelling madcap bonnets and shamelessly over-indulging in whatever treat you gave up for Lent. So, what better cocktail to do it with than the Easter bunny, a sweet-toothed springtime beverage combining the delicious flavours of cherry brandy and chocolate?

All you'll need is:
1 tsp cherry brandy
1 tsp chocolate syrup (the kind squirted over ice-cream is fine)
50ml dark crème de cacao
25ml vodka

All you'll need to do is:
Mix the crème de cacao and vodka with ice in a cocktail shaker, then strain over ice cubes into a tumbler. Slowly pour the cherry brandy then the chocolate syrup over the back of a spoon so that they float on top. Happy Easter, everyone!
