The Yorkshire Soap Co.

Mother’s Day is fast on the approach (Sunday 18th March) and you might want to start thinking of a gift this year. Of course, there is nothing wrong with flowers, smellies and cake, but what if you combine the three? This where the fabulous Yorkshire Soap Company come in handy. Their stunning handmade soaps are a beauty to behold; they are wonderful for the skin and smell as delicious as they look.

These affordable handmade soaps offer a sneak peek into the theatrical emporium that is the Yorkshire Soap Company founded in Hebden Bridge, one of my favourite towns. The shop is a clever homage to an apothecary of bygone years, with old medicine cabinets and bookshelves providing the backdrop for the impressive array of handmade soaps.

An indulgent cupcake that you definitely should not eat, you can find individual cupcake soaps with edible fragrances such as Fig and Cassis. Priced at £5 each

Or maybe your Mum would like this adorable pot of five BathTruffles. It looks so pretty you might not want to drop it in the bath. For £20 you will receive a handmade pot holding five different bath truffles, this is a perfect gift set for Mother’s Day.

If your Mother is a fan of feminine and pretty cakes, maybe she might enjoy this slice of soap cake. It is fragranced with rose and contains shimmer to make your skin sparkle. And the delicate flower decoration is so sweet. Only £5 a slice.

Postage is a flat rate of £3.75 on all UK orders. Bargain.

They have a homeware shop just over the road which you'll probably like too called Home Oh, in fact there's so many treats in there I refuse to believe you haven't ventured there already & you just aren't ready to share the delight!
