Shop in the Spotlight: Blair Sorley
Blair Sorley is a small accessories company based in Edinburgh and run by friends Caitlin Blair and Karen Sorley. They used to work together in the theatre costume industry and now they've turned their skills to their own business. Every piece they design is cut and made by hand in their Edinburgh studio.
There's nothing I want more right now than a leather ladybird coin purse. Don't even try and pretend you feel any different. Unless you're after the bumble bee coin purse...
Yep. I want this little guy as well. Both are just £14.95.
This looks like a normal suede clutch bag, but it's actually hiding Perspex handles on the sides - you can see them peeping out a little bit. They're cute.
This is my favourite new bag. It's so luscious. The massive double clasp detail is brilliant and it looks like it's big enough to carry all of my stuff in when I go out. Little bags aren't really very practical. Also, it gets bright yellow accessories points.
This red mini messenger is £115 but there's a similar coin purse for £25 if you want something a little bit cheaper. Blair Sorley bags aren't exactly bargain prices, but they're very reasonably priced given that they're all handcrafted and Italian leather. To be honest, they had me at ladybird coin purse.
