Korean artist
Yeondoo Jung created the project
Wonderland a couple of years ago. He turned kid's drawings into photographs.
And they're stunning:

I want them all! I want someone to turn my scribbles into works of art! Guess I'll just have to go to
Stuff Your Doodle instead. I'll be keeping a beady eye on Jung in the hope that he'll have an exhibition over here soon.
Wow - those are fantastic! I love how kids interpret things to be even more exciting and colourful than they actually are.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely and original idea. Certainly puts a smile on your face!
ReplyDeleteOh, that's like magic, isn't it? For someone to turn your drawings into reality- what a genius idea. I want!
ReplyDeletePretty, aren't they? My friend Marian in the states sent me a link. He hasn't exhibited in the UK for three years now... want him to come back!
ReplyDeleteGreat stuff. A bit like magic :-)
What a fab idea. Making the imagination a reality. How very cool!
ReplyDeleteAnd the thing teachers always end up saying to the child....
ReplyDelete"Would you like to tell me what you have drawn?"
[.... because I have NO idea]
It's nice to see someone making kid's imaginary stuff real.
ReplyDeleteI get warm fuzzies when I think how happy all the children must have been when they saw them.
