I love the classic red, white and navy colour blocking. I love that it's sexy without being skimpy. And I love - LOVE - the little anchor buttons. It really manages to capture the retro nautical trend without crossing into fancy dress territory.
I won't be jetting away this Summer so the Sailor Swimsuit from Etsy would probably be wasted on me. But it would make the British Summer a little more glamorous, no? Just add a cocktail and it'll almost be like yachting in Monaco, as opposed to sunbathing by an inflatable paddling-pool in North London. Sigh.
Love love love love love.
ReplyDeleteI'm obsessed with the retro cossies on Etsy. There's a great blue one too, quite similar.
LOVE! And not too pricey either, which is always a bonus. Although it does kind of make me think I'd need an exotic holiday to go with it!
ReplyDeleteI heartily appreciate this on an artistic level.
ReplyDeleteThat's a beautiful cossie, I too would like it.
