Mr Teacup's Wuthering Heights Plates

It's no secret that we're huge fans of Mr Teacup. He's the chap behind our favourite Lionel Ritchie teapot. I've always been so distracted by it, that I've never really looked at the rest of the range. So until now, I hadn't seen his Wuthering Heights plates.

"Make the world stop right here. Make everything stop and stand still and never move again. Make the moors never change, and you and I never change."

Oh so romantic. Wuthering Heights isn't my favourite Bronte novel (that's Jane Eyre, of course), but they do have some of the most romantic lines. Turns out that romantic lines work well on plates.

"Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same."

That's a damn good line, isn't it? Of course, it's lines like that one that caused Cathy and Heathcliffe to be so damn horrible to one another. But that aside, it's very romantic.

It's you're not a Wuthering Heights fan, the plates can be customised for whatever line you like. (Yes, I'm thinking the Cat in the Hat would be perfect inspiration.) The plates are around £25 from Mr Teacup's Etsy Shop.

    1. I know. But I still think that Cathy and Heathcliffe are a hateful couple.
