Sweet cocktails don't really do it for me. I'm a sour drink lover (and a multiple tipple lover too, which also doesn't help). But, I know a few of the Domestic Sluts like their drinks sweet, so I dug out this Americano recipe. Drinks don't come much sweeter than Campari. This cocktail dates back to the 1860s, so if you're looking for a sweet classic, this is the drink for you.You'll need:
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml Sweet Vermouth
- Soda water
Shake the campari and vermouth together, and pour into an old fashioned glass over ice. Top up with soda water, do your best bond girl impression.
