Roll out the bunting

If you've been to a wedding or a fĂȘte so far this year, chances are you've spotted a bit of bunting. Pretty little flags gently blowing in the breeze rank up there with jugs of Pimms and men in cricket whites as one of the best sights of British summertime.

If you've something you'd like to decorate with a spot of bunting, there are loads of options out there to choose from. You could always make it yourself but, if you decide to buy, one of my favourites options is this fabric bunting from the Printed Wonders Etsy shop. Colourful and not too twee, $45 buys you ten coloured triangles with printed with a choice of letters, symbols or numbers. Enough letters to spell out 'I ♥ bunting'.

You could always hang your bunting in your home to remind you of summer days. Alternatively, this bunting inspired print should last you through a long and cold winter. It's $20, made by All Hands on Deck and again available through Etsy.
But why stop with your house? Bedeck your neck with this bunting necklace. It uses traditional seaside bunting as inspiration and would look fab with a breton top. It's £27 from Tatty Devine.

Finally, I'd like to flag up this perfect print for a perfect summer's day, on this dress from House of Fraser. For £35, it's time to begin rolling out the bunting and getting the Pimms aflowing.
