Top Ten Truffle Recipes

Truffles are clever little treats. They look quite posh, if you get them right. They're always so expensive in chocolate shops but actually, they're dead easy to make. This is why we make them so often. Fancy whipping up a batch? (You'll never have to buy presents again.) Here are our top ten truffle recipes.

Chilli chocolate orange brigadieros. They might have a different name, but they're most definitely truffles. These have a bit of a spicy kick to them.

Mojito and margarita truffles (pictured, looking mega tasty). Hazel's first ever recipe for us and absolutely some of the prettiest truffles we've featured. Also, BOOZE!

Chocolate ganache truffles. Sometimes simple is best.

Daim bar truffle cake. If you make this for someone, they'll be your best friend in the whole world.

Lemon and chocolate truffle cupcakes. Get a truffle, pop it in your cake mix and you've got yourself a brilliant cupcake.

Belle du Jour Christmas truffles. So tasty that the famed Belle du Jour thanks Robyn in her book!

Peanut butter ice cream truffle balls. Gosh, that's just fun to say, isn't it?

Chocolate praline amaretto truffles. We'd put amaretto in everything if we could.

What about truffle truffles? Yep, we've got a couple of recipes using those as well...

Chicken liver and truffle parfait. All you need is bread. Or you could drizzle your cheese fondue with truffle oil for the perfect treat.

  1. I can vouch for the peanut butter ones. Made a version this weekend for the boyfriend. The verdict: "Like chocolatey crack."
