Today, I'm feeling contrary. I'm not often a slingback kind of girl (they slip off my heels). And I'm not really an Aldo kind of girl (everything is brown). But here I am, staring at a pair of brown slingbacks from Aldo and what do you know? I like them. A lot.Actually I love everything about these. They have a platform that I could take more than three steps in (seriously, what is WITH massive platforms at the moment?), the curves are sexy and the peep toe is the icing on a very pretty shoe. I'm loving the chunky buckle on the slingback too. And hoping that as it's adjustable they might just stay on my ankles instead of falling off and sending me flying into a road. That actually happened last time I wore slingbacks.
I just wish they weren't £100. Why, Aldo? WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME? This is why I go to Topshop.
